At the beginning of this fiscal year for the club the Executive asked the Directors to write up a formal list of duties for the Equipment Manager position (the Equipment Manager is appointed by the club’s Directors).
BARC Equipment Manager Duties Feb 2013 (pdf) is the list of duties that they have come up with (with a couple of wording edits by VA7KJW).
Please keep in mind that this list is not intended to cover HOW those duties are to be carried out … only WHAT the duties are. The next step in the process will cover the detailed procedures involved in carrying out each of the four duties.
We will be voting on these duties, as written in the above linked document, at our March 15th business meeting.

Please include either what your vote is (yes or no) or the name of the person who is authorized to cast your vote at the meeting.
